I have a question about the figurines, too, which might be directly connected to the previous question, but, you say that "for characters who already have the associated abilities, the figurines are able to negate their use". So what you mean is, for example, if my character already has an enhanced sense of smell (like a wolf, for example), the figurines will make it so they actually start having only a "normal" sense of smell?

But if the figurines do not enhance things and just grant those basic abilities, does that mean that, for a character who can see what the eyesight figurine does is make them go blind?
