Skills-wise, Bucky is an assassin so things that need to be dead, he can make it happen. He's armed with two firearms that he hasn't used and will keep as a last resort because of limited ammunition but he will share that he does have them should that kind of firepower become necessary. He's also got two combat knives and like, his entire body/all his training so he's pretty deadly just as-is. That being said he'd prefer not to have to fight, but won't hesitate if their little community is threatened.
When Shiro talks about/demonstrates what his artificial arm can do, Bucky will be prompted to mention that he has superhuman abilities as well (strength/speed/reflexes/etc.). He will not talk about how he got the arm or how he was trained, and people are welcome to notice that any questions thereabouts would make him uncomfortable.
He also wouldn't mind helping out with the basics of self defense, if people need to learn that. Ditto with survival skills. He will try to avoid talking about how and why he knows so much related to survival.
He will not want to be any sort of leader. He doesn't mind leading like, a small exploration duo or group but definitely won't want to be the one in charge of grand scale organization of people, and he'll be very open about that preference.
Because he works so well at being a character who is willing to go anywhere and/or explore anything, I'm also willing to throw him at people who are a little unsure of how to approach the game or settle in or get introduced to things.
