Yeah I think they'd definitely have talked. Bucky's not hiding that he's military (he figures it's probably what people would assume anyway), he just doesn't like talking about the specifics. He's not likely to just burst out "I'm an assassin" but would try to pass directed inquiries off as "special ops." Though Lance seems pretty on the ball in terms of being able to read people and not push a topic that someone doesn't want to talk about. I totally think they'd come out of their thing knowing that the other guy is pretty capable.
