Peter is totally welcome to stalk/hunt with Bucky as he likes? There's no judgement for not being able to do the actual killing. Bucky actually prefers that Peter isn't a killing machine, so yeah... But he is welcome to tag along and/or ask about survival-type skills.
He's also welcome to pop in on Bucky if he's lonely and homesick. They've had some rough conversations but Bucky's not going to push him away, especially when he knows he's the one really familiar thing for Peter right now.
